Article 3 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and contracts concluded at a distance between Liv & Alma Toronto and the consumer.

All offers from Liv & Alma Toronto are non-binding and subject to availability.
Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, customs duties, and additional fees (if applicable) will be clearly indicated before checkout.

Article 5 – Agreement
An agreement is formed once the consumer places an order through our website and the order is confirmed by Liv & Alma Toronto via email.

If you receive a defective product, please contact support@livandalmatoronto.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Standard delivery times range from 5–14 business days, depending on destination.
Liv & Alma Toronto is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
